*For the season of July & August Nathan recommends enjoying our guest Vouvray with either the asparagus and duck egg or the sea bass. This delicious wine is full of blossoms, a perfect match with saffron. This Clos De Nouys 2010 is semi sweet, defiantly a summer drinking wine, small drops in a larger glass to fully appreciate this complex aroma.
